Special Services/Events Coming Up

(Our Regular time for worship is Sunday at 10:45 a.m.)

SPECIAL NOTICE! Sunday, March 30th, there is not a Service at St. Michael's.

Instead, we will join with Trinity Lutheran Church, 620 E. Redwood Ave. in Fort Bragg at 10:00 a.m. that morning for a Shared Service with both congregations present.

We will have Lutheran Bishop Jeff Johnson as our guest preacher and presider

A Shared Meal will happen after the service.

April 6th (Lent 5) - Back to our Liturgy in our building at 10:45 a.m.

April 13 - Palm/Passion Sunday - 10:45 a.m.

April 17 - Maundy Thursday Liturgy (Holy Communion & Foot Washing) - Noon

April 18 - Good Friday - Stations of the Cross - Noon

April 20 - Easter Celebration Liturgy - 10:45 a.m.

Our Weekly Sunday Service is from 10:45 am to 11:45 am every week.

We worship in our historic Sanctuary using the liturgies of the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, using Rite II, and following the Church Year.

We include hymn singing, sung liturgy, Holy Communion, and readings from the Revised Common Lectionary in every service; typically led musically from the organ or piano.

We have a number of lectors, musically gifted members, and Lay Eucharistic Ministers who add their gifts to our liturgy.

During the distribution of Holy Communion, we offer laying on of hands for healing by trained lay members in the chapel at the back of our church.
